What is so special about Grosvenor Place Apartments?

This exciting new development in Tremont is located in one of Cleveland’s hottest neighborhoods. We are in walking distance of local neighborhood shops, restaurants and nightlife of Tremont. We have a variety of very spacious and contemporary suites that are all competitively priced. Grosvenor is the newest and largest flats-style elevator building with dedicated garage parking in Tremont. Our penthouse suites have amazing views of the City skyline. 

How can I become a resident at Grosvenor Place?

Grosvenor Place is currently under construction and we are actively pre-leasing. We are slated for a Spring, 2021 occupancy. Select your ideal suite from our floor plans, then follow the links to begin the application process. Once you are accepted, we ask that you post a deposit to reserve your suite and for you to sign a lease. What are the lease terms?

Grosvenor Place has a standard 12 month lease, however longer terms may be available. Please speak to our leasing agent at 216-559-1555 for current rates and to select your suite.

What are the sizes of the suites?

We have a wide variety of spacious suite sizes available.  We have One Bedroom Suites that average 862 SF; Two Bedroom Suites that average 1,561 SF and 3 Bedroom Suites that average 1,746 SF. Our stunning Penthouse Suites average over 2,173 SF.  

What are your rental rates?

One Bedroom: Suites starting from $1,649 per month.

Two Bedrooms: Suites starting from $2,000 per month.

Three Bedrooms: Suites starting from $3,795 per month.

Do you allow pets?

Of course! Grosvenor Place is Pet Friendly. Both dogs and cats are welcome but some restrictions apply. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per suite. Weight and breed restrictions apply, please contact the leasing office for additional information. 

Do I have reserved parking?

Yes. A reserved parking space is provided for an additional fee. Spaces are assigned in the heated garage. Please park in your assigned space. Access to the garage is via a garage door opener issued to our paid parking residents. Free street parking is also available in front of the building along Jefferson Ave and Seventh Street. Please contact the office if you need assistance or have further questions.

Where do my guests park?

Because space is limited, garage parking is for residents only. Guest parking is available on the street in front of the building along both Jefferson and 7th Street sides of the building. 

When and where can I get a workout in?

Take advantage of our fitness center located off the main lobby on the first floor. It is open daily from 6:00AM – 11:00PM. Enjoy our high-end elliptical trainers, treadmills, bikes, weight machines, and other equipment while watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TVs. Access by swiping your key fob at the fitness center door and have a great workout! 

Where can I put my bike? 

We are bike friendly too with secure bicycle rack storage provided in the garage area. While you can keep your wheels in your suite we only ask that you not leave your bicycles in the hallways or common areas.

What is around Grosvenor Place? 

Grosvenor Place is centrally located in Tremont with restaurants, shopping, and arts all within a very short walk. We are directly across the street from Tremont Place Lofts and the Spotted Owl. One of Tremont’s best restaurants, Fahrenheit, is two blocks to the west. How do I get there?

Access to Grosvenor Place and Tremont is incredibly easy. We are located at the southeast corner of Jefferson Ave and 7th Street, very close to the heart of Tremont.  From the South one can take the 7th Street ramp from I-490 which is less than ½ mile from Grosvenor Place. Access from the South is also convenient from West 14th to Starkweather to Jefferson Ave.  From the north Tremont is best accessed from the dedicated ramp off I-71/I-90 which drop you onto West 14th. This same ramp in reverse provides amazingly quick  access to downtown via I-71/I-90 which 5 minutes away.

When can I move in to my new home?

Please schedule a time with our property manager/leasing agent at 216-559-1555.  With a large number of new move-ins to handle we need to set time to reserve the elevator and make sure parking in front of building is not obstructed. Times fill up, so please schedule ahead of time. Also, please respect your future neighbors who are moving in after you by completing your move in a timely manner. 

Who is the management company?

The Grosvenor Place is professionally leased and managed by Smythe Property Advisors, a local Cleveland based property management concern. We have an off-site property manager/leasing agent and a floating dedicated maintenance technician to serve our residents.

What if I have a package for delivery and I am not home?  

Grosvenor Place has dedicated mail room area for deliveries. Additionally feel free to contact the office to discuss how we may be of additional service to handle special deliveries if you are out of town etc. 

How do I get utilities put in my name?

Please contact each of the following utilities to start / end your service: 

  • Electricity – Please contact Cleveland Public Power. You can contact them at 216-664-4600 or https://www.cpp.org/Residential/Start-Service .

  • High Speed Internet and Cable Television – High speed internet and/or cable television service are provided for a fee by Spectrum.

  • Water & Sewer – Grosvenor Place provides water and sewer submeters for each suite and our residents will be billed monthly for usage by the management office.

How do I contact someone for Maintenance issues?

We strive to make sure your suite is perfect. If you have an issue please create a work order via our website Resident portal or call the office 216-559-1555 to ensure we address it promptly. Our goal is to reply to all service requests within 24 hours. Please note we have an answering service that is available off-hours 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies.

I have a burned out light bulb. What do I do?

Residents are responsible for replacing their own light bulbs. However, if you prefer, we can provide this service for a small fee.

Where can I Recycle?

Grosvenor Place was renovated under the Green Communities Building Standards and we try to be as sustainable as possible in all our operations. On-site recycling is available and is located in the garage trash room, next to the elevator. Please do not put recyclables  down the trash chute or anything  larger than a small pizza box, as larger items will unfold and clog the chute. 

Do I need to replace the air filter on my heating and air conditioning system?

No. Our maintenance staff will enter your suite twice a year, change your air filter(s) and leave you a note that they have completed this semi-annual maintenance. There is no charge for this service.

How do I dispose of cardboard boxes?

Please break down your boxes and place them flat outside the trash room in the parking garage (outside the elevator lobby). Because they pose a clogging risk and are bulky, they cannot be placed in trash chutes. Our maintenance staff will clear them away.

Can I dispose of my old mattress/furniture in the trash dumpsters?

We do not have onsite facilities available for items of that size. Please donate to your local thrift store / charity. Or for a small fee, 1-800-GOT-JUNK will pick up your donations.
